About the Role

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International as a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer. As a frontline force for retail excellence, you’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. Your role involves building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks. You’ll represent Mondelēz with professionalism and positivity, serving as the face of our iconic brands.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.
• Stay safe and compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role, including lifting, bending, and moving product.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform physical tasks like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Rowlett, TX (primary location) or Rockwall, TX (secondary location).
• Availability for a schedule of four weekdays and Saturday, starting by 5 am.

Qualifications

• Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

Pay

Hourly compensation ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience.
