Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

About the role

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer positions are available to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build relationships with in-store employees and sales representatives to optimize Mondelēz product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing display images at assigned stores.
• Order Mondelēz products (via iPad tablet) for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Maintain and represent leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) through the implementation of Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure that sales representative's negotiated plans with store managers are followed and report any issues to Mondelēz' management team.
• Follow the merchandising manager's daily schedule to provide efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• A positive and professional attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within a 25-35 mile radius of the primary location: West Knoxville, TN.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally push and pull up to 50 lbs.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Knowledge of Mondelēz International's merchandising guidelines.
