As a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer, you’ll be a frontline force for retail excellence, bringing world‑famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in‑store by building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks where they expect them. You’ll represent Mondelēz in‑store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as the face of these iconic brands and owner of the biscuit aisle, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
- Order product via iPad to maintain in‑stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM‑negotiated plans with the stores
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high‑visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store‑level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
- Stay safe & compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack‑powered hustle
