Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

About the role

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer positions are available to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build relationships with in-store employees and sales representatives to optimize Mondelēz product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing display images at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad tablet to ensure in-stock conditions for leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others.
• Maintain and enhance the representation of Nabisco leading brands through the implementation of Mondelēz' guidelines.
• Ensure that sales representative's negotiated plans with store managers are followed and report any issues to Mondelēz' management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• A positive and professional attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• The ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• The capability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location: Macomb, MI. Secondary locations: Utica, MI, Sterling Heights, MI, Rochester, MI.
• Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. Start time: 06:00 AM - 08:00 AM.

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally, push and pull over 50 lbs.

Pay

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 based on relevant experience.
