Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer
About the role
Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer positions are available to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and build relationships with in-store employees and sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
- Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
- Order product via iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions for leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz' guidelines.
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to maintain efficient in-store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Represent Mondelēz positively and professionally in stores.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- A positive and professional attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
- Physical abilities to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 25 lbs., pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs., and using kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE.
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location Merrill, WI.
