Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

About the role

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer positions are available to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build relationships with in-store employees and sales representatives to optimize Mondelēz product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing display images at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad tablet to ensure in-stock conditions for leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well-represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow sales representative's negotiated plans with store managers and report any issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager to maintain efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• A positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations (mileage reimbursable).
• Physical ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location: Amherst, NY.

Pay

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $20.40 to $22.40 based on relevant experience.

Schedule

Required schedule availability: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.
