Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

About the role

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer positions are available to fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build relationships with in-store employees and sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz' guidelines.
• Work closely with sales representatives to follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelēz' management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz positively and professionally in stores.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• A positive and professional attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Physical ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs, and using necessary safety equipment.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location: Auburn, CA. Secondary locations: Grass Valley, Roseville, Lincoln, Rocklin.

• Open availability including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Schedule starts at 5:00 AM.
