Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

About the role

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer serves as a frontline Brand Execution Merchant for Mondelēz International, bringing iconic snack brands — Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more — to life in retail stores. You will represent the company in-store with professionalism and positivity, building relationships with store teams, executing merchandising plans, maintaining in-stock conditions, and ensuring our brands are perfectly placed and impossible to miss. This role covers a primary territory in Southaven, MS, with secondary locations in Horn Lake, Hernando, Senatobia, and Olive Branch, MS. Candidates must live within 25–35 miles of the primary location and use a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) to visit assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence standards, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel (backroom receivers, store managers) to support brand execution and visibility
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage across the retail team
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to the RTM and management team
• Embrace the physical nature of the role — lifting, bending, moving product — while staying safe and compliant

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage (mileage reimbursed per company policy)
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs
• Physically move products from stockrooms to sales floor and stock shelves
• Previous retail or grocery experience a plus
• Reside within 25–35 miles of Southaven, MS

Schedule

Availability required: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Pay

Hourly compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 based on relevant experience.
