Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

About the role

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. Fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate & build relationships with in-store employees and sales representatives to optimize Mondelēz product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing display pictures at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions for leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well-represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow sales representative's negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelēz' management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz positively and professionally in stores.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• A High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• A positive and professional attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location: Roseville, MI.

Pay

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 based on relevant experience.
