Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

About the role

As a frontline Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store—building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. You represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as the face of these iconic brands and owner of the biscuit aisle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel such as backroom receivers and store managers to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Embrace the physical nature of the role—including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities: repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Gillette, WY (secondary locations: Sheridan, WY; Buffalo, WY; Spearfish, SD)

Schedule

• Weekdays and weekends; possible split days off

Pay

• Hourly compensation rate of $17.00 based on relevant experience
