Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser

About the role

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser positions are available to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build relationships with in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure leading Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz' guidelines.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Have the ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Be able to download and use work-related applications on a personal device.
• Be capable of performing hard work in a fast-paced work environment and meeting the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Have previous retail/grocery experience (a plus).
• Live within a 25-mile range from the primary location Branson, MO.

Pay

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 based on relevant experience.

Schedule

Required schedule availability: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday; start by 7 am, 40 hours per week.
