About the role

We are seeking a qualified MRI Tech to join our team in Springfield, IL. This role involves performing advanced MRI scans, ensuring high-quality imaging for diagnostic purposes, and maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment to capture detailed images as ordered by physicians.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure their safety and comfort.
• Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation safety standards.
• Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements

• Registered MRI technologist with relevant certification.
• Experience with MRI procedures and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Knowledge of safety standards and protocols related to MRI procedures.
