Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing care in the MRI department
- Coordinate patient flow and supervise staff
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality imaging services for diverse patient populations
- Conduct patient assessments, start IVs, administer contrast, and monitor high-acuity patients
- Ensure compliance with MRI safety protocols and regulatory standards
- Collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and the Emergency Department to support seamless operations
- Promote a culture of integrity, compassion, and accountability
- Mentor staff and drive continuous quality improvement
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Clinical expertise in MRI nursing
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of safety standards, patient assessment, and contrast administration
