Full Time - Merchandising Service Associate - Day

As a Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate, you serve as a key connection between Merchandising and Store Operations, helping every Lowe’s store deliver a great shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe’s specifications and provide proof of completion for assigned tasks.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and maintain digital records throughout the store.
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace any missing price labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products, sorting products in proper locations, and ensuring displays are placed appropriately.
• Repair or replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted; over 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lowe’s sales floor experience.
• Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays.
• Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment.
• Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.).

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel; however, occasional travel may be needed for meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores.

Working Conditions

Environmental factors vary by location. You may work in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including exposure to varying climates such as extreme heat or cold, wet or humid conditions, wind, or drafts. You may be exposed to constant or intermittent noise, moving or shaking objects, and equipment. Lifting guidelines limit single lifts to 75 pounds; team lifts are used minimally starting at 75 pounds or when needed. Powered equipment should be used as required, with proper training or assistance from a trained coworker.

Merchandising Services Associates may be required to work weekend shifts.
