Job Summary: The Full Time Beverage Merchandiser is responsible for visiting retail accounts to ensure company products are properly stocked, merchandised, and rotated throughout their assigned route. Key Responsibilities: Stock and merchandise a variety of beverage products safely and efficientlyReplenish shelves, coolers, displays, and backroom inventory with company productsRotate inventory to maintain product freshness and comply with expiration date requirementsBuild, maintain, and remove promotional displays, endcaps, and other merchandising featuresInstall and maintain point-of-sale materials, signage, and promotional decalsSafely operate manual handling equipment, including hand trucks, to transport and stock productsTravel between assigned retail locations using a company vehicle or personal vehicle as directedFollow merchandising plans and instructions provided by sales representatives and merchandising supervisorsPerform other related duties as assigned Preferred Skills & Abilities: Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills and attention to detail with a customer-focused mindsetEnjoys a physically active role that involves frequent movement throughout the dayThrives in a flexible, fast-paced work environment rather than a traditional office setting Physical Demands & Work Environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no major violationsReliable transportation for use throughout the workday and proof of current auto insurance. Mileage reimbursement is providedMust be able to regularly lift and move beverage cases weighing 20–30 lbs.
