Full Time Merchandiser

About the role

Jacent is the leading cross‑merchandising impulse product company in North America, providing data‑driven merchandising solutions for more than 17,000 stores. Our merchandisers are the heart and soul of the business, placing products, building displays, and collaborating with store personnel in their own communities.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with in‑store management.
• Execute merchandising resets.
• Build retail displays.
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J‑hooks.
• Implement plan‑ograms.

Qualifications

• Self‑starter and quick learner who works well independently and in a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments.
• Able to meet physical requirements (standing/walking 3–8 hours, lifting up to 50 lb, crouching, bending, twisting, repetitive hand movements) with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Resides within 20 miles of Richmond, VA.

Pay

$20‑$22 an hour (based on experience).

Schedule
