Full-Time Merchandise Associate

About the role

Responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store organization, and supporting operational standards. May be cross-trained to assist in multiple store areas to meet business needs. Models excellent customer service practices and promotes a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and support credit and loyalty programs.
• Adhere to merchandising and loss prevention standards.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Participate in recovery and safety initiatives.
• Support shrink reduction programs and follow all policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Work effectively with team members and respond to changing situations.
• Lift heavy objects with accommodations if needed.
