About the role

We are seeking a Nursing Faculty member to guide and mentor nursing students, fostering their academic and clinical development.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and academic support to students.
• Apply teaching skills using diverse methodologies to achieve measurable student learning outcomes.
• Participate in curriculum assessment and continuous improvement efforts.
• Contribute to class material enhancements within shared governance.
• Maintain scholarly activities and engage in professional growth.
• Utilize innovative technologies like Simulation and Innovation Labs.
• Assume full responsibility for students in clinical settings, clarifying expectations, assessing skills, and providing immediate feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s degree in nursing and professional licensure as a registered nurse.
• Minimum of two years’ clinical nursing experience, with at least one year in the teaching field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and online learning management systems.
• Knowledge of regulations related to nursing education and compliance standards.
