About the role

CSWD is seeking a skilled, hands-on Mechanic and Heavy Equipment Operator to join their compost program.

Responsibilities

• Spend a portion of your time leading mechanical diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs to ensure equipment stays running safely.
• Safely operate heavy equipment in maintaining daily operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience including two years of mechanical equipment repair.
• Two years of heavy equipment operation.
