Full-Time Manager in Training (Smithfield, NC)

Key Responsibilities This is a fun, low-stress position with a variety of responsibilities. Self-storage or real estate experience is not required. As a Manager in Training, you will assist customers in the leasing office and help maintain a clean, neat storage facility for all tenants. The office duties include keeping the office open during office hours, answering the phone, collecting rental payments, leasing Self-Storage units and assisting customers with general storage needs. Additionally, you will be training with an experienced Property Manager on all office paperwork so that you will be ready for promotion to Property Manager. Outdoor responsibilities include sweeping vacated storage units, removing small trash from the lot, and keeping common areas clean and orderly. You will also train with your Area Manager to oversee maintenance contractors on larger facility projects.
