About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Residential team at Omega Management Group. This role involves performing general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property
• Affixes and maintains landscape and irrigation systems
• Maintains the interior, exterior, and site of the property in a clean and repaired condition using appropriate materials and equipment
• Continuously expands their knowledge of the property
• Works independently, directs others, and participates in staff meetings and training programs
• Ensures a clean, neat, and professional appearance while adhering to company standards and policies
• Supports and promotes positive resident/tenant relations and service

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of maintenance experience in a related field or formal training from a trade school
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with current liability insurance

Qualifications

• Honest, trustworthy, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
• Customer service-oriented and supportive of good resident/tenant relations
• Willingness to learn and communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently and direct others

Skills
