Full-Time Maintenance Assistant (AM)

Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks to keep the community in excellent condition
- Support safety, cleanliness, and functionality across all areas of the property
- Work under the direction of the Director of Plant Operations
- Assist with repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Ensure a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience in hospital, institutional, or multi-unit residential settings
- Effective communicator in verbal and written English
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Knowledge of general maintenance procedures
- Comfortable working around animals and pets

Anticipated pay range: $19 USD - $20 USD
Schedule
Full-time, AM shift, Tuesday - Saturday
