About the role

Mid-Atlantic Packaging is seeking a Full-Time Machine Operator/Warehouse Associate to join our team in Dover, DE. As a Machine Operator/Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our custom-branding operations, ensuring the production of high-quality printed materials. Your knowledge and experience in operating and maintaining hot-stamp and ink-printing machinery, as well as warehouse operations, will contribute to the success of our packaging production process. Location: On-site; Dover, DE. Department: Production/Warehouse. Reports To: Production and Warehouse Manager, Matt Singleton. Status: Full-Time/Hourly/Non-Exempt.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate printing presses in accordance with job specifications.
• Load printing plates, adjust ink levels, and ensure proper alignment of printing materials.
• Monitor the printing process and adjust as needed to ensure
