Full-Time LVN Charge Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical care and administer medications to residents
• Oversee nursing staff on assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality care
• Support individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs
• Collaborate with therapy and interdisciplinary teams to promote residents’ recovery, comfort, and dignity
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinical protocols
• Champion compassionate, person-centered care within a faith-based, servant-leadership culture

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
• Strong clinical skills and ability to lead nursing staff
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
