Full Time Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate

About the role

We are seeking a full-time sales associate for our Ben Bridge Jeweler store located in University Towne Center. As a Ben Bridge Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs and making personalized product recommendations
• Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to all customers when presenting merchandise
• Cultivate and maintain customer information using company-supported technology
• Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces

• Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a jewelry retail environment, or experience in a luxury retail environment
• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

Benefits

• Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour + monthly sales bonus based on individual sales and store performance
