Full-Time LSAT Tutor

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Law School Admission Test (LSAT) Tutor who is passionate about education and driven to help students succeed. You'll work one-on-one with students, create personalized study plans, and provide expert guidance to help them excel on every section of the LSAT. This is a full-time, remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the LSAT exam, 40 hours per week
• Tailor an LSAT curriculum to students' needs
• Track and analyze student progress
• Create and maintain project trackers to monitor student progress
• Keep students' families up to date on progress
• Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Comfort and ability to teach all sections of the LSAT
• Take on additional income opportunities as they arise, such as leading webinars or training other tutors

Requirements

• Have passed the LSAT in the 99th percentile (copy of official score report required)
• Have a 4-year college degree (Bachelor's Degree or higher is required)
• Experienced in working with students, ideally experience tutoring the LSAT exam in the last 3 years
• 1–3 years of previous formal or informal teaching or tutoring experience desired
• Passionate about education
• Conscientious, punctual, reliable, and on top of organizational tasks
• Excellent at communicating with students, parents, and colleagues
• Proactive and efficient in your work
• Team-oriented and coachable
• Enthusiastic and positive!
• Ability to teach remotely, up to 40 hours per week

Pay

Total compensation: $60,000–$70,000/year
