The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate nursing care in a senior living environment, collaborating with team members to ensure residents receive personalized treatments and medications according to care plans.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners

Qualifications

• Valid, unencumbered Nursing License
• At least one year of LPN experience
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus
