About the role
Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC has an immediate need in its Marlton office for an attorney with 5+ years of experience handling insurance coverage matters. The ideal candidate will have experience defending insurance companies in first-party lawsuits, analyzing insurance coverage (including commercial and homeowners’ policies), taking depositions, handling arbitrations and/or trials, and counseling clients.
Responsibilities
- Defend insurance companies in first-party lawsuits
- Analyze insurance coverage, including commercial and homeowners’ policies
- Take depositions
- Handle arbitrations and/or trials
- Counsel clients
Requirements
- JD from an accredited Law School
- Admitted to practice in NJ; admission in PA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience analyzing insurance coverage and/or experience in insurance litigation
- Strong research and writing skills
Pay
The salary range for this position is $140,000+, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The firm currently works under a hybrid schedule, allowing you to work from home for a portion of your workweek. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
