About the role

The Intermediate Line Cook at Alila Marea Beach Resort is responsible for preparing and serving meals in the hotel's kitchens. The role requires excellent communication skills and a culinary degree or relevant hotel experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines
• Work single stations in the kitchen under supervision
• Follow established cooking techniques and procedures
• Serve guests with a focus on customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Refined verbal communication skills
• 2 years of previous line cook experience preferred
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
• Able to perform basic cooking tasks independently
• Able to stand for long periods of time

Qualifications

• Desire to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment

• Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures

Pay

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $26.91. This is the pay range for this position that Alila Marea reasonably expects to pay.
