Full-Time Licensed Therapist- Maryland
Build a career while making a difference in the lives of kids and families. At Backpack Healthcare, we believe great clinical care starts with supporting the clinicians who provide it. We provide accessible, high-quality mental health care to children, teens, and young adults — entirely online and covered by most insurance. As a clinician-led, minority-owned organization, we're building a team where therapists can do meaningful work, have a strong referral pipeline, and grow their careers alongside a mission-driven organization.

With a strong referral pipeline, you'll have the opportunity to build a consistent caseload while focusing on what you do best: providing exceptional clinical care. Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2:00–9:00 PM, with weekend availability a plus.
