About the role
Cleveland Care & Rehab seeks compassionate and thoughtful Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. We partner with skilled nursing centers to offer exceptional care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
- Provides services that exceed company and regulatory standards
- Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
- Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders
- Sets up nursing care assignments according to resident needs and team members' capabilities
- Administers medications
- Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
- Documents treatments as required
- Ensures supplies are used economically and equipment is clean and maintained safely
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited LPN School of Nursing
- One year of nursing experience preferred
- Valid LPN license for Oklahoma
- Valid CPR certification
Qualifications
- Maintains a working email address and phone number for employer communication
- Communicates effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
- Reacts decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Maintains confidentiality
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
