Full-Time Lead Sales Associate

About the role

This position involves acting as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, maintaining merchandise displays, and supporting store operations to maximize profitability and safety.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and process incoming shipments.
• Stock, rotate, and face merchandise; assist with plan-o-gram implementation.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide superior service.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage cash procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, and manage store environment.
• Support opening and closing the store, including cash handling and security tasks.
• In the absence of management, authorize refunds, monitor cash levels, and oversee security protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with six months of supervisory or related experience. Relocation assistance is not available.
