Full-Time Lead Sales Associate

The Lead Sales Associate plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. Responsibilities include: Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers.Operating cash registers, processing transactions, and assisting with merchandise.Stocking, restocking, and rotating merchandise to ensure attractive displays.Cleaning the store, including floors, restrooms, and stockroom, and setting up sidewalk displays.Following company procedures for receiving and unpacking merchandise and maintaining planograms.Opening and closing the store under the guidance of the Store Manager.Performing duties of a Sales Associate and acting in a lead capacity in the absence of Store Management. The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to operate cash registers, and willingness to perform various store maintenance tasks.
