Full-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview This role involves acting as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. The position requires assisting in setting up and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting store profitability and safety. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks and follow store procedures for receiving and unpacking merchandise.Stock, rotate, face shelves, and build merchandise displays; restock returned items.Assist with order placement, plan-o-gram implementation, and merchandise organization.Help customers locate products and maintain a clean store environment by cleaning floors, restrooms, and stockroom.Operate cash registers, process transactions, and assist with front-end setup, including sidewalk displays.Provide superior customer service, ensuring a well-organized, safe shopping experience.Follow company policies, assist with opening/closing store operations, and manage cash and security procedures in leadership absence. Qualifications & Skills Ability to operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.Strong customer service skills and ability to assist customers effectively.Capability to perform physical tasks such as unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and cleaning.Leadership qualities to support store operations and security in managerial absence.Adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.Competence in completing paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.
