Full-Time Lead Sales Associate

Role Overview: This position functions as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. The role involves managing merchandise, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting store operations to maximize profitability and safety. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks and process shipments following store procedures.Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and build displays; assist with plan-o-gram setup and maintenance.Help customers locate items, provide friendly assistance, and ensure a positive shopping experience.Operate cash registers, handle transactions, collect payments, and give change; maintain register area.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including floors, restrooms, and stockroom.Assist with opening/closing the store, authorize refunds and overrides, and manage cash drawers and deposits.Monitor store security, including camera surveillance and cash control practices.Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a secure environment. Qualifications & Skills Ability to unload, stock, and organize merchandise efficiently.Strong customer service skills and the ability to assist and engage with shoppers.Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions.Attention to detail in maintaining store cleanliness and safety.Leadership qualities to step in for managerial duties when needed.Adherence to security and cash control procedures.
