Full-Time Lead Pharmacist

Role: Clinical Pharmacist Lead responsible for delivering advanced clinical pharmacy services and leading the pharmacy team within an academic health system. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care through evidence-based pharmacotherapy and medication therapy management.Collaborate with physicians and nurses during rounds to optimize patient outcomes.Oversee pharmacy workflow and mentor staff and residents.Support precepting and team development initiatives.Drive improvements in medication safety, formulary management, and quality initiatives.Assist in implementing protocols and optimizing the electronic health record (EHR).Support research and educational activities.
