Full time Lead Evenings Ultrasound Tech Dual Registry
Position Summary
The Lead Technologist assists in the daily operation of the Ultrasound department. Ensures prompt and efficient flow of patients through the department coordinating testing procedures with other modalities. Performs necessary quality assurance tests and monitors overall quality of exams performed daily. Assists in maintaining accurate records of technical staff to assure all licensure requirements are fulfilled. Assists in maintaining logs for maintenance of equipment and schedules service when necessary. Assists with maintaining quality control standards. Maintains inventory levels and assures that sufficient quantities of supplies are on hand at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relative experience, ARRT or ARDMS registered, 3+ years’ experience in Breast Imaging with Ultrasound
- American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Provider
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing

Education Certificate or Registry of Diagnostic Imaging accredited program
