Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead the team to deliver an excellent customer experience and drive revenue
- Monitor sell-through on the sales floor and replenish inventory as needed
- Maintain a clean store and merchandise product to The Normal Brand standards
- Educate and train team members on product knowledge
- Support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager on key initiatives
- Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff
- Foster a team culture grounded in respectful, positive communication
- Understand and follow daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain inventory integrity at all times
- Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and directives
Requirements
- Fashion/apparel industry experience is a plus
- Leadership experience is required
- Passion for making people happy
- Excellent fashion sense
- Self-awareness
- Humble, Hungry, and Smart character
