Sales & Client Service

• Greet and acknowledge all customers
• Provide courteous and knowledgeable customer service in every area of the store
• Maintain an accurate, efficient and effective client book
• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals set by management
• Assist sales team with selling and clienteling

Visual Merchandising

• Assist with execution of floor sets
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis
• Ensure proper fixture placement, lighting, and floor plan changes
• Ensure representation of all merchandise on the floor and make adjustments as needed

Operations

• Work with management to maximize sales by ensuring an efficient and customer-friendly store
• Oversee store operations in the absence of management
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Report compliance issues to management
• Absorb responsibilities during store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain offices, workspace, and cash wraps with necessary supplies
• Assist with inventory and asset protection tasks
