The Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role; Key Carriers alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier duties based on store needs, acting as a leader in maintaining all aspects of the store.

Responsibilities

• Role model exceptional customer service; create a positive internal and external customer experience.

• Ensure opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines.
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates when setting and addressing priorities; provide progress updates.

• Provide feedback, recognition, and coaching to associates.
