Full Time Key Carrier Coordinator

Job Description

The Key Carrier role at Sierra At TJX Companies is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role. Key Carriers alternate between these roles based on store needs, primarily performing the Coordinator role but occasionally taking on a leadership role as a Key Carrier.

• Alternates between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles based on store needs.
• Maintains all aspects of the store.
• Models exceptional customer service.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity.
• Maintains confidentiality.
• Acts as Manager on Duty.
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with the store plan.
• Prioritizes tasks as needed.
• Addresses immediate customer service issues.
• Provides appropriate coaching to Associates.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage.
• Ensures Associates adhere to all operational procedures.
• Executes opening/closing procedures according to company guidelines.
• Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Provides feedback, recognition, and coaching to Associates.
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs.
• Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience.
