About the role
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Full-Time Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations, fill in at assigned sites as needed, and train new hires across multiple locations from Baton Rouge to Hahnville. A TWIC card is required for the position. The ideal candidate leads by example, ensures high-quality service to ServiceMaster standards, and is comfortable traveling between sites as needed. This role requires strong leadership, flexibility, and technical floor maintenance skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning operations at multiple sites
- Fill in at assigned sites as needed
- Train new hires
- Maintain high-quality service standards
- Travel between sites as required
- Lead and motivate a team
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of janitorial experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and emergency coverage as needed)
- TWIC card required
