This is a full-time (40 hours), evening position located in Hibbing, MN.

Responsibilities
- Providing support and guidance to our janitorial team members
- Quality checking janitorial accounts
- Coaching and training employees
- Ensuring account coverage
- Monitor and restock supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- Ideal candidate is 21+ years old, with a driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required
- Previous supervisor/leadership experience is preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable using Google Suites and basic computer functions
- Comfortable using basic cleaning equipment and chemicals
- The ability to lift up to 25 lbs
