Full-Time - IT Strategic Sourcing Lead

About the role

Seeking a senior leader to drive global IT strategic sourcing, standardizing procurement, contracting, and asset management to maximize value, reduce costs, and mitigate risks. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• setting strategic direction aligned with business goals
• leading worldwide sourcing initiatives and negotiations for IT services and software
• establishing vendor performance management and ensuring compliance
• overseeing outsourced vendors and internal service quality
• managing department planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• building and leading a high-performing global team
• developing strategic partnerships with vendors and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred)
• minimum 15 years of procurement experience, especially in IT contracts for large organizations
• 5+ years of leadership
• strong negotiation, leadership, and process management skills
• experience managing budgets and global sourcing strategies
