About the role

Seeking a board‑certified Lead Physician for a new General Internal Medicine clinic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and shape a clinical practice tailored to personal interests, such as obesity or sports medicine.
• Lead clinic operations, support recruitment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including APRNs, nurses, MAs, and administrative staff.
• Engage in medical education by mentoring students, participating in programs, and offering teaching opportunities at the clinic and university campus.
• Maintain a focus on quality patient care and community impact, with minimal remote call duties.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Strong leadership and practice development skills.
• Interest in medical education and program development.
