Full Time Instructor The Little Gym of Wilmington

About the Role

This position is perfect for someone with tons of energy who loves kids and wants to grow into a career filled with Serious Fun! As a Children's Fitness Coach, you'll teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method. You'll be part of a team that makes a positive impact on the growth and development of children and families in our community.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes and lead birthday parties using our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families to ensure a magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
• Lead and inspire children, contributing to their confidence and skill development.

Qualifications

• Open to being a goofball and enjoy giving high-fives (background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus).
• Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education.
• Passion for serving others and making them feel good.
• Ability to connect well with both kids and their parents.
• Known for maintaining a positive attitude and balancing fun with hard work.

Pay

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full Time, Tuesday through Saturday.
