Full Time Instructor The Little Gym

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone with energy, a love for kids, and a desire to give back to the community while growing into a long-term career. As a Children's Fitness Coach, you'll teach classes and lead birthday parties using our proven curriculum, provide outstanding customer service, and make a positive impact on children and families in our community.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes and lead birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families to ensure a magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
• Lead and positively impact the growth and development of children and families in our community.
• Work as part of a team of instructors on weekends.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, dance, or early childhood education (preferred but not required).
• Enthusiasm for working with children and ability to connect with both kids and parents.
• Willingness to engage in playful, energetic activities (e.g., acting like a goofball, giving high-fives).
• Strong customer service orientation and a desire to serve others.
• Ability to balance fun with professionalism and hard work.

Schedule

Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday.

With over 40 years of experience, our trained instructors offer classes in gymnastics, dance, camps, skill clinics, and birthday parties. This location is independently owned and operated by Somersault Operating, a franchisee with 30 locations across 8 states and plans for expansion.
