Responsibilities
- Provide safe, nurturing care for infants and toddlers
- Support feeding, naps, and daily routines
- Encourage learning through reading, play, and age-appropriate activities
- Communicate with parents about their child’s day
- Create a positive environment where children can learn and grow
- Work with vetted local families
Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of infant childcare experience
- Love working with infants and toddlers
- Are dependable and professional
- Communicate well with parents and children
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Can provide references (At least 2 related to childcare work; 1 character)
- Are at least 18 years old
Qualifications
Experience may come from nannying, babysitting, daycare, preschool, church nursery, or other childcare settings.

Pay
$18.50–$21.50 per hour + overtime pay. Pay dates are every two weeks.
Schedule
Monday–Friday availability preferred. Most shifts occur between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Typical shifts are 6–9 hours. Assignments vary based on family needs, your availability, and scheduling preferences.
