About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process.
- Address patients' physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs while respecting cultural beliefs and values.
- Integrate evidence-based practice into care delivery.
- Collaborate with patients and families for education and care planning.
- Minimize harm through adherence to protocols and safety standards.
- Use data to improve care quality and safety.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Engage in teamwork to support coordinated care.
- Provide patient education, medication management, and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation.
Requirements
- Specialized diploma in nursing (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Current RN licensure.
- Certifications such as BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
Qualifications
- Experience in acute care, ICU, or step-down units is advantageous.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity in patient care.
