Full Time Hybrid Physical Therapist (PT) - work from home & on site

About the role

A full-time hybrid Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is available in Millinocket, ME. This position is a hybrid role where the successful candidate will work 3 days per week in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department and work from home 2 days per week conducting telehealth therapy.

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a hybrid role splitting time at a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility and provide telehealth services remotely from home.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state.
• Employed and demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Qualifications

• Good Faith Rate Range: $38/hr - $42/hr

Schedule
